This innovative service offers both client and candidate the opportunity to work together in a united team setting for an extended period without obligation and payrolling responsibilities. Following the temporary placement, PE Placement provides clients an opportunity to negotiate and offer the candidate employment based on their own employment conditions (which will include a 3 month probationary period); effectively giving the client six months to review the candidate's employment.
